4. Refunds and Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled according to Camp Mount's stated policy.
Membership or promotional discounts do not guarantee refunds for regular food orders unless specified.
5. Liability
Camp Mount is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to website use, orders, or membership.
The website is provided “as-is” without warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free service.

Camp Mount Pro Membership – Terms of Service
Effective Date: Immediately upon purchase
By subscribing to Camp Mount Pro, you agree to the following membership-specific terms:
1. Membership Eligibility
Must be at least 16 years old.
Membership is personal and non-transferable. Sharing QR codes or Member IDs is prohibited.
2. Membership Benefits
Members receive 10% off all orders, members-only newsletter, access to hidden recipe pages, early access to new dishes, and exclusive gifts.
Benefits are effective immediately after purchase.
Benefits may be modified at the discretion of Camp Mount; discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
3. Payments
Subscription costs €9/month, billed automatically via Stripe.
Supported payment methods: Apple Pay, Mobile Pay, credit/debit cards, or other mobile payments supported by your device.
By subscribing, you authorize Camp Mount to charge your payment method until cancellation.
4. Cancellation
Cancel anytime via Stripe. Membership remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
No refunds are provided for partial months.
5. QR Code & Member ID
Each member receives a unique QR code and ID.
Misuse, sharing, or duplication may result in suspension or termination without refund.
6. Liability
Camp Mount is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized QR code or ID use.
Membership benefits are provided “as-is” and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Bhojan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to membership.
7. Changes
Terms may be updated; members will be notified of material changes via email.
